In this class we dive more deeply into the experiential part of cleaning your energy; setting your boundaries; working with grounding exercises and visualizations that assist with energy management (cleaning, revitalizing and protection); and practices to access your power and your personal medicine. We will focus on awakening and activating your personal medicine — your talents, your gifts, your special ways that are blessings to your self and other, as well as the support of your allies, such as angelic, guide, animal totem, spirit guides, plant and mineral kingdom support, and so on — and how to move more fluidly through the world with your medicine activated as a naturally powerful way of your life. We will drum journey to gain more guidance from your angels, guides and helpers.
We will create an altar in class and experience practices for doing altar work and prayer in your life, to help you focus your intentions, as well as to clear and let go of what no longer works for you in your life.
You will also create a Medicine Bundle and learn to use it to support you in accessing and utilizing your medicine. Medicine Bundles are physical, outer expressions of the medicine that you carry, or are calling forth for empowerment and protection.
This class will be led in a ceremonial fashion, helping to open and close the day, as well as to focus our intentions. These and other practices can be part of how you awaken each day through intention, and ground that into your physical world through action and presence.

- 10x10 cloth of any color or fabric - A MUST
- 16” length of cord or ribbon to tie around it - A MUST
ALL ITEMS BELOW ARE OPTIONAL AND BY YOUR CHOICE... BRING AN ASSORTMENT!
a small quartz crystal
any assortment of small crystals with meaning to you (their energetic meaning, special because you found it, or because someone gifted it to you.)
Any small statuary that symbolizes something meaningful (archangel Micheal for protection, buddha for wisdom, etc.)
Small token(s) symbolic of power or medicine to you
Small pine cones or found objects from nature, coins or money.
