Please join me Tuesday, March 8th to work with the Solar Eclipse energy in a sacred healing circle. This Solar Eclipse in Vedic Astrology is the night of the Lord Shiva, and a perfect time to transform karmic patterns and liberate yourself from toxic entanglements! It is a time to cut cords with situations and people who drain your energy. it is time to burn away old stories and attachments that do not serve you, and time to make space to write a new chapter in your book of life.
In order to move forward in our lives, we must cleanse away the past through the fires of liberating light energies. The astrology supports this shifting and cleansing and is most important we take advantage of it.
In this particular healing ceremony we will take time to work with fire as an element of burning away the old, as well as bringing in the light of the new. We will also take time to reassess what is truly important in our lives, and to refocus our priorities. We will call upon the powers of Hindu Lord Shiva to support us in going within to contemplate our true essence. Lord Shiva is also known as the great destroyer, so we will call him to help us let go of the difficult patterns that can not go forward in our lives.
As always, this shamanic healing circle brings another opportunity to use ceremony and ritual to align with the frequencies of your higher soul essence, to offer gratitude for what gifts and abundance you have, and then to let go of any old patterns and energies that no longer serve your life.
We gather in community for a sacred ceremony of blessing and healing with the Shamanic Healing Circle. As you enter into this evening, you will receive a cleaning and clearing with sacred tobacco and agua de florida water. We will then open a medicine wheel circle in ceremonial style, honoring our allies and the directions, calling in support and protection, creating a safe and sacred space for the evening.
The collective group setting and individual clearings assist in clearing patterns of limitation, and opening to the wholeness of each individual, supporting self empowerment and wellness on mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels. This also supports one to better navigate their lives in balance and personal power.
Shamanism and shamanic energy healing is known to be as old as 50,000 years according to modern day archeology. Katherine Skaggs has trained internationally with Amazonian Shipibo Indian shamans from the jungles of Peru, the Q'ero from the Andes of Peru and the Huichols from Mexico, in addition to multi-cultural shamanic teachers within the U.S. The practices offered within this ceremonial circle are handed down from these traditions and offered with the intention of personal and community healing and blessing.
