We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package at [email protected] to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
We only replace items if they were damaged. Email [email protected] for exchanges then return the damaged item to us. The exchange will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days.
Commissioned art, soul portraits, spirit guide paintings, hand drums and commissioned shamanic tools, gift certificates, and alls services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Classes and Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy
If for any reason you have registered for a class, circle, or workshop and cannot attend, you must contact Katherine Skaggs and Soul Sistas Creative Productions, LTD in at least 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the class/workshop to receive a full refund, or to receive a credit toward another class, service or product. Any credits must be used within six months. Class registration fees are non-refundable after the 30-day prior to start of class period offer listed above. The class or training may be cancelled on our end up to 14 days in advance of start date if enrollment is under our minimum. We will not be responsible for any travel expenses incurred by participants should we cancel an event. If we cancel the event or training all registration fees are refundable.
If you are making payments for a class and you drop out before you have paid in full, you are 100% responsible for the cost of the class. The payment plan is a courtesy arrangement, and it is understood you will pay in full as part of the agreement to pay the class out.
Shipping is incurred with all orders of merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you must return an item, it is at your expense. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price and refund amount.
Basic insurance is provided for each order through the website portal. If you order higher end art commissions, additional insurance and shipping may be required. We will advise you at the time of the order so your finer, higher end orders are covered with adequate insurance and shipping. A separate payment will be arranged for these additional costs.
Shipping Out of the United States, Customs, Duties, and Fees
If you order any product to ship from the USA to another country, you are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and fees your country will charge you to receive the product. If for any reason you deem you cannot pay these additional fees your country adds to the purchase and you refuse the item, we will not offer any refund on the product, nor shipping expenses incurred upon purchase.
Lost or Stolen Items
Katherine Skaggs.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Katherine Skaggs.com and Soul Sistas Creative Productions, LTD will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please have your deliveries sent to a secure place.
