For the last six years, Katherine Skaggs has been on her own shamanic journey and resonates deeply with the teachings and experiences shared in the film Sacred Science. She has been to the Peruvian jungle and worked with the Shipibo in the northern Amazon area. During these three 7-10 day trips, Katherine has worked with the sacred plants and plant dieta shamanic trainings, which are more like initiations. She is preparing for another trip to the jungle November 2013, for another dieta.
