Enrollment, Payment & Refund Policy for 3-12 Month Courses and Programs

For Long-Term Programs & Courses (3–12 Months)

Commitment to the Container

These programs are designed as immersive, transformational experiences held over several months. When you enroll, you are entering a dedicated container of time, energy, and space—both for yourself and for the group.

Your enrollment secures one of a limited number of spaces. Because of this, all registrations carry a level of commitment.

Deposits & Enrollment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in the program. A minimal deposit of $400 or stated in course registration.

  • Secures your spot
  • Reflects your commitment to participate
  • Is not refundable under any circumstance

Early Bird Enrollment

Early bird pricing is offered for those who feel ready to commit in advance. Because this pricing reflects a reduced rate in exchange for commitment:

  • Early bird enrollments are final sale, or
  • Include a limited 14 day refund window from date of purchase

After this window, early bird registrations are non-refundable except in the case of medical issues or emergencies that prevent you from participating. The considered deposit will still be non-refundable.

Refund Policy (Standard Enrollment)

For standard (non-early bird) enrollments, the following applies:

  • Within 14-21 days of purchase Full refund available (minus any processing fees if applicable)
  • Up to 45 days before program start date Refund available minus the non-refundable deposit
  • Within 45 days of the program start date No refunds available

After the Program Begins

Once the program has started:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • This includes payment plans

Due to the nature of the work and immediate access to teachings, materials, and live sessions, refunds are not provided after the start date.

Transfers & Credits

If you are unable to attend after enrolling:

  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (if offered), or
  • Receive a credit toward another offering

Transfers and credits are granted at our discretion and must be requested in writing.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are committing to the full program investment
  • Payments must be completed regardless of participation
  • Payment plans are not cancelable once begun

Special Circumstances

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Significant unforeseen life events

Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
