Artist Shaman Healer Sage offers an experiential foundation in multi-cultural shamanism, spiritual wisdom, ceremony, ritual, shamanic journeying, and working with the Medicine Wheel. Throughout the six months, you will learn through direct experience while developing practical spiritual tools you can bring into your everyday life.

This course is designed to deepen your relationship with nature, Spirit, your own inner wisdom, and the sacredness within all life. Each month builds upon the teachings and practices of the previous gathering, creating a journey of learning, personal transformation, creativity, and community.

A Foundational Course in Multi-Cultural Shamanism

The content of the course will include foundational Shamanic teachings, the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, and shamanic practices for living life empowered and awakened, AND making your own shamanic tools! You will receive everything you need to shape shift your life into greater harmony and empowerment for a joyful life. Each meeting we will also make ceremonial, shamanic tools associated with the work of that month. This is an exciting and expansively empowering part of the class, awakening your creativity and much more.

Artist Shaman Healer Sage is for someone who is ready for change, for clearing away the things that block you from being you, and for awakening your true soul Self. This course is for someone who wants to embrace his or her capacity to dream a life born of passion, joy and fulfillment... and THEN Embody it! Integration, Celebration, Graduation
Our Final Meeting

Ceremony, Graduation and Celebration. It is time for our harvest, our completion, graduation and honoring of the hard work and play we have put in learning together, creating tribe together, and preparing to move to the next level of experience in our lives. Plan on an all day affair, to recap your learning and use of your tools, to give gratitude, and to celebrate.

Review and Practice

The morning will be set aside to honor our tools and what they have taught us so far, as well as how else we may take them into our personal practices, and any offerings we may choose to offer others.

Graduation Despacho

In the afternoon we will work with the Andean Medicine Ritual of a Despacho. This ceremonial ritual will be dedicated to the blessings for each student and the clan of your 2024 Artist Shaman Healer Sage as you go into the world. It will be a time for each student to offer blessings to each tribe mate in the ceremony, and to make an offering to Pachamama for the blessings to bring harmony to our clan and to all of our kin on earth.

Potluck Feast

Let's celebrate! You will bring some food to share with your tribe at lunch as you celebrate your transformation and honor one another.

What do you need to do to be accepted into this coursework?

The application process is really very simple for you to enroll and learn profound teachings in shamanism. I am accepting students who are interested in the subject matter and course work.

Do you have time, energy, and effort to attend the courses and willingness to try the practices each month? If you are too busy for the zoom calls or the weekend classes, now may not be your time. If you are ready to apply your learning and weave it into your life, it may be your time to be here.

• Monthly attendance for both the Saturday class and the zoom call is required
• Your desire to learn
• Your openness and willingness to adopt and try new practices monthly
• Your agreement to put your best effort forth qualifies you to join the course.
• What you put into this class is what you get out of it.

Financial Commitment and Agreement

An essential part of the energy exchange is your payment for the class.

Early Bird Tuition: $1699 (good till Dec. 15th, 2026)
Full Tuition: $1800 (when paid in full before April 18, 2027.)
Payment plan options:

4-Pay Plan 1: Deposit of $500 to register with 4 Payments of $350 per month
5-Pay Plan 2: Deposit $400 down with 5 payments of $300 per month.

*Payment plans require a credit card on file and signed financial agreement. (Katherine will contact you for a credit card number to keep on file once you have registered. Payments are due monthly starting in April 2027.)

Tuition includes course materials, teachings, and all materials to make your shamanic tools. Recommendations for additional supplies may be given, but are not mandatory in most cases. You will also receive a copy of Katherine Skaggs' award-winning book Artist Shaman Healer Sage: Timeless Wisdom, Practices, Ritual, and Ceremony to Transform Your Life and Awaken Your Soul at the beginning of the first class. A list of other supplies will be given as you learn to work with other tools, such as flower water, smudge, etc.

Teacher Katherine Skaggs

Katherine Skaggs is a shamanic practitioner, spiritual teacher, ceremonialist, visionary artist, and award-winning Author of her multi-award winning book Artist Shaman Healer Sage: Timeless Wisdom, Practices, Ceremony, and Ritual to Transform Your LIfe and Awaken Your Soul.

Katherine has been immersed in metaphysical for more than 37 years and on a multi-cultural shamanism pathway since 2007. She brings direct experience and wisdom from her journey, offering you tools and timeless wisdom teachings from the wise ones from around the globe. These teachings are meant for use iin any location or time period, city or country, urban or jungle. Though deeply spiritual and mystical, they are grounding and practical for personal transformation and empowerment.
